Visa, Master Card , department P.O. ,Bank Draft, Cashier's Cheque, Money Order or Email Money Transfer are accepted

SALES TAX AND DUTIES

All orders shipped within Canada are subject to GST.   International shipments, all customs charges, duties, tariffs and other exporting and importing fees are the responsibility of the customer.

REGULATIONS COMPLIANCE

Established procedures to ensure proper classification, labelling, storage, shipping, complaint handling and problem reporting are in place. Distributors can sell to any individual possessing proper identification (Photo ID, and affiliated documentation relating to law enforcement, securities, EMS, and any related occupation involving personal protection and services) A concise log must be kept and this information must be recorded for armor tracking purposes.
All distributors of LOF armor must keep a sales log with purchaser’s name (Photo ID) and affiliation to a law enforcement, EMS, private security, or related company.  This must be accessible to LOF at any given a notice (96 hour notification).

USES

The uses to which the products are put are solely within the discretion and responsibility of the purchaser and/or user. Products sold may require certain training, qualifications, registration, licensing, and scope of practice to use. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the products are used within the confines of all applicable Laws and Acts to which the customer is governed by. Line of Fire Inc., its affiliates, associates, contractors and employees take no responsibility for the improper use of any product sold.

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped F.O.B. Edmonton, AB, Canada. All rights reserved and title to merchandise transfers to the retail purchaser upon delivery to the carrier. Orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited, UPS, FedEx or as per customers request.

Shipping and insurance charges are estimated by weight, cost and destination. If the actual shipping and insurance charges are significantly more than what was charged for an online purchase, Line of Fire Inc. will contact the customer before shipping to arrange payment of the additional charge. If the actual shipping and insurance charges are significantly less than what was charged, the customer will be refunded for the difference.

DELIVERY

The acceptance of shipment by common carrier shall constitute a delivery to the purchaser and Line of Fire Inc. shall not be responsible for merchandise damaged or lost in transit.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

Customers will be notified of out of stock items as soon as possible. If only part of the order is out of stock the order will either be shipped once the out of stock items arrive or in two shipments at our discretion or as per the customer’s request. Shipping will be charged on both shipments if the order is split.

ERRORS

Typographical and clerical errors are subject to correction including charges or reimbursements for PST that have been incorrectly charged or incorrectly not charged.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

All textile products manufactured or sold by Line of Fire Inc. may be returned in the original unused condition for a refund or exchange within thirty (30) days from the date of shipping. Armor products can only be returned at the discretion of Line of Fire Inc. Line of Fire Inc. reserves the right to refuse any return for any reason.

All products with manufacturer's defects are to be reported and returned for exchange or refund. Products with manufacturer’s defects or other problems are to be reported as soon as possible for investigation and correction.

Refunds will be credited to the credit card used in the transaction.
Special order and non-stocked items are subject to a restocking fee of 25% of the invoiced amount of goods.
Shipping charges are not refundable. Return and Exchange shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

PRICES AND INFORMATION ACCURACY

The prices and other product specifications and terms stated in all Line of Fire Inc. media including its websites, catalogues, brochures and price lists are subject to change without notice. Individual quotes are valid for the duration noted on the quote. In the case where no valid duration is mentioned, the quoted price may change without notice. While Line of Fire Inc. will make every attempt to provide accurate information, there may be occurrences of inadvertent inaccuracies in which Line of Fire Inc. assumes no responsibility and reserves the right to correct such information.
